Rachel Roff is the owner and founder of Urban Skin Solutions™. She was raised in Northern California and relocated to Charlotte in 2003 to further her education. She attended UNC Charlotte, and then graduated from the National Aesthetics Institute of Charlotte. She has served internships as an aesthetician and laser technician at Charlotte Laser Center and Greater Carolina Women’s Center. Before opening Urban Skin Solutions, Rachel held positions as head aesthetician and assistant manager at a reputable skin and laser center in Charlotte. She has received postgraduate certification in skin color and pigmentation, from The International Dermal Institute, in Atlanta, GA. Rachel is certified by Candela Corporation in the therapeutic application of Candela Lasers, including the GentleYag. She is also certified by UBS Aesthetics in the application of Medical Microdermabrasion. She has received post graduate education and certification in Skin Biology and Chemical Peels by Physician’s Choice of Arizona. Rachel Roff and Urban Skin Solutions is accredited by The Society for Clinical and Medical Hair Removal, Inc. She is a North Carolina Medical aesthetician and certified laser technician specializing in acne, acne scarring, hyper pigmentation, razor bumps, and clinical skin care for diverse skin tones. Rachel enjoys spending time with her Yorkshire Terrier, Roscoe.

David A. Henderson, M.D.Dr. Henderson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1988 from the University of California, Los Angeles. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine (formerly known as Bowman Gray) in 1994. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Richland Memorial Hospital and the Dorn V.A. Hospital in Columbia, SC. During his final year, he served as Chief Resident. He has served as Medical Director for a national Laser Hair removal center here in Charlotte. He is currently a hospitalist at Presbyterian Hospital-Charlotte. In his free time, he volunteers at the Charlotte Community Health Clinic. He enjoys reading. He plays golf at least twice a year. He and is wife Jill, have three children.
