Cancellation Policy

**To reschedule or cancel an appointment a 24 cancellation notice must be given.**

Urban Skin Solutions does provide a courtesy text message or email before the scheduled appointment*. Therefore, we ask that you extend the same courtesy by providing 24 hours notice for a cancellation. When a client does not show for their scheduled appointment, we do not have the opportunity to fill that time slot with another client, causing our business to lose money.

1st time: Complimentary

2nd time and more: $25

At the time of your first complimentary no-show, we require that a valid credit card number be given in order to make any further appointments. We will not charge your card the $25 fee unless you fail to give us 24 hours notice again.

For all Appointments that are 40 minutes or longer, appointments for cosmetic injectables, or an appointment for the True hCG Diet a valid credit card is required to hold the appointment. A $25 fee will be charged to the card if less than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule or cancel the appointment, even the first time.

If a client has a prepaid package, we do not require a credit card be given if a no-show occurs, however if the client has more than one occurrence a $25 fee must be paid at the next appointment. If the client fails to pay the $25 fee, one treatment will be redeemed from their package.
