Return Policy for Services and Packages

Effective 11/12/08

It is the policy of Urban Skin Solutions that there are no refunds regarding services, including packages purchased. In the case of an adverse reaction to a service performed a refund for the remaining treatments in a package purchased maybe refunded at the discretion of management. However, if the adverse reaction occurs due to the client not following the guidelines recommended by the staff for proper results of the service then a refund will not be issued. If a visible adverse reaction to a service occurs, the client must contact Urban Skin Solutions within 48 hours for proper documentation. This is mandatory in the process of requesting a refund. In the event that a service package is purchased and the client is unhappy with the treatment results or wants a different service, an exchange for the value of the remaining package can be applied to other services.

All packages purchased expire one year from date of purchase.

All un-opened products >>> Full refund with receipt present for any un-opened products returned within 14 days of purchase.

All opened products >>> There are no refunds or credits given towards any opened products.

Product Returns Due to Allergic Reaction >>> Client must show Urban skin Solutions visible skin reaction due to product usage. Client will receive full credit towards another service or products purchase with return of product and receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel an appointment a 24 cancellation notice must be given.

Urban Skin Solutions does provide a courtesy text message or email before the scheduled appointment*. Therefore, we ask that you extend the same courtesy by providing 24 hours notice for a cancellation.  When a client does not show for their scheduled appointment, we do not have the opportunity to fill that time slot with another client, causing our business to lose money

1st time: Complimentary

2nd time and more: $25

At the time of your first complimentary time, we require that a valid credit card number be given in order to make any further appointments. We will not charge your card the $25 fee unless you fail to give us 24 hours notice again.
For all Appointments that are 50 minutes or longer or any appointments for cosmetic injectables a valid credit card is required to hold the appointment. A $25 fee will be charged to the card if less then 24 hours notice is given to reschedule or cancel the appointment, even the first time.

If a client has a pre paid package we do not require a credit card be given if a no show occurs, however if the client has more then one occurance a $25 fee must be paid at the next appointment. If the client fails to pay the $25 fee, one treatment will be redeemed from their package.

* If a client has changed their phone number, has a full mailbox, or does not receive our message we still require a 24 hour notification for an appointment cancellation.
