Our web site is set up to ship to any US state. If you would like us to ship to any place that is not one of the fifty US states, please email us at customercare@urbanskinRx.com so we can manually process your order and determine your shipping charges.

Product Return Process:

E-mail our Customer Care department at customercare@UrbanSkinRx.com the order number from your packing slip. We'll e-mail you back with an RA (return authorization) number which you must write on the package.

Carefully re-pack the product with your packing slip and return it to us through an insured courier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) to the address below.
